This is a very bad matchup for Georgia in my opinion. It reminds me of the Oklahoma State game last night where both teams were excellent on defense but one team can shoot and the other cannot. This time, both teams are rather below average defensively and one team can shoot and the other cannot. Florida has both the #1 scoring offense in the SEC @ 79 PPG and the best FG% at 48.2%. They will be facing a Georgia team which is 8th in the SEC allowing 66 PPG & dead last allowing opponnets to shoot 44.4%. On the other side we have Georgia ranked #11 at 66.7 PPG with the worst FG% at 41.7%. Georgia is not well-equipped to exploit Florida which is #11 in scoring defense at 68.5 PPG. On the plus side for Florida is that they do hold their opponnets to 41.2% FG%. One more statistic in the "how is Georgia going to keep up category?" - Florida is #1 in the SEC at 3-point FG%(37.9%), Georgia is once again dead last(31%). Florida is #1 in successful 3-pointers/game while Georgia is of course last. Florida is desperate for a win here so look for their A-game while Georgia is off an emotional upset over Kentucky.

JimmyMO - Thanks. I hear you. I like this play. Others I lean to would be Florida State, SD State, Louisville, & maybe Purdue but I may just ride with this play.

Kojak - The small schools have been killing me as of late so going to shy away even though that is the side I would be on for sure in that game.


I am going to play all my other leans except for SD State, all for one unit only. The main reason I am staying away from SD State is that the UNLV/Mizzou game is fresh in everyone's minds. The other is that Pinnacle kept this game at 5 today while almost every other book went to 4.5. Decided to buy a 1/2 point in the Purdue game since it was +6 +101.
